I got a very short event week for you. Why is that you ask? Well I don’t want to get too ahead of myself, but Dreamforce is starting next week and everyone at Salesforce is anticipating and planning for that! Eekk, I’m so excited! Additionally, as a heads up, all of these events are on Thursday, November 5th. So sit back, open up your calendar, and let’s get planning for Thursday!
Our first event has us up bright and early at 7am (PST)! Transactional SMS and Delivery Receipts will demonstrate how to use SMS API’s to run transactional use cases at a scale and how to track their delivery. There will also be a demonstration on Transactional API’s, Message Contact API and various other systems. There will be a Q&A session and customer examples too! This is a great webinar for those wanting to learn more on how to utilize SMS, since now it is THE tool to use since we are all at home.
Next up we have Drive Growth on a Unified Platform for Smart, Integrated Sales Planning and Execution at 9am (PST). This event is for our Salesforce clients out there who are interested in learning more about Consumer Goods Cloud. This cloud is part of the Customer 360 CRM Platform which gives your team a 360 view of your customers experience. If you are working with less team members than before, need faster and flexible planning or shift what your execution looks like, then sign up!
Sales people and sales teams this next event is for you! At 11am (PST) Skill Up for Virtual Selling: How Equifax is Helping their Sales Reps Maximize Customer Connections is here to help you adjust to business sales dramatic changes. Regardless of your skills and how long you’ve been selling, it’s helpful to know how to create and close deals in our virtual environment. You will hear from experts from both Salesforce and Equifax on how they are doing this.
Finally at 2:30pm (PST) the Los Angeles, CA Salesforce Nonprofit User group is hosting Virtual: Rollup Magic with DLRS. The Rollup Summary Field is a great way to summarize data about child records on the parent record and the guest speaker will teach you how to create this tool from the Lookup Relationship using the DLRS tool. This is a great trick for Admins, but make sure you pay attention, as this can be a bit tricky to use.
