New year, but not new me. I know it’s been a few weeks, but I’m back to continue writing blog posts for all the different kinds of Salesforce events taking place. It looks like you and I will be here until at least August of this year, so if you still haven’t gotten into virtual events IT’S NEVER TOO LATE! So sit back, open up your calendar, and let’s get planning!
On Wednesday, January 6th Deliver Empowering Enablement for your Sales and Service Teamsstarts at 11am (PST). If you are looking for your Sales and Service teams to master their skills faster than ever to keep up with the digital demand then consider your team signing up for myTrailhead. myTrailhead is now on the go, giving your team access anywhere and anytime. Deloitte will demonstrate to audiences how to enable myTrailhead for your teams to improve productivity and business outcomes.
Then on Thursday, January 7th we have a day packed full of events! We have two options for the 9am (PST) time slot. The first option is How to Increase Employee Productivity and Engagement in the New Normal with Product Marketing Managers at Salesforce. Some people are still working from home, some people are back in the office and others have a hybrid of the two. Regardless, it’s important to maintain collaboration, keep your teams informed and ground them in this decentralized work environment. The Product Marketing Managers will teach you how Work.com helps your team achieve this in the new normal. Additionally, you will learn how to drive employee engagements with apps, announcements and support, enhance productivity, and easily configure a mobile-friendly experience for your team.
Your second option for the 9am (PST) time slot is The Nonprofit Team You Need to Succeed in 2021. If you are interested in learning about the impact of a digital versus a non digital team on your nonprofit, then join this event! If your team has already begun to make this transformation and are curious how your mission and other strategic objectives benefit and transform positively, then also consider this event! You will learn how Salesforce and other digital experiences can help you achieve these goals to get you on the right path for 2021!
Then at 11am (PST) Pardot Product Roadmap: B2B Marketing Automation in 2021 and Beyond is going to use Pardot Product Teams to dive into what to expect for 2021. They will also be talking about the new product enhancements that came out from the Winter ‘21 release and in Account Based Marketing. The speakers will be giving a demonstration on this and the session will not be recorded, so make sure to save that spot on your calendar.
Finally, at 3:30pm (MST) Phoenix Salesforce Admin User Group Starts the New Year Right w/ Elements Cloud Org Confessions & Evan Ponter on Custom Report Types! is our only Trailblazer community group event this week. They have 2 speakers this week: the first talking about the inner workings of report types and the second will share confession stories from Elements Cloud. They are going to wrap up the event with lessons, and a quiz that includes prizes!
Recap
I don’t have much of a recap for you this week, as our events took place a few weeks ago. However, we did have our biggest event of 2020, Dreamforce, or DreamTX as it became this year! We had 4 half days of sessions, filled with content, sneak peaks at new releases and stories. If you are interested in learning more about what happened and our take on it, go to MK Partners Youtube, where my fellow coworker, Chris Stegall and I made a few videos about it. Or you can check out our other blog posts on Creme de la CRM to read about it, if you prefer that. Tweet us @mkpartners and let us know your thoughts about Dreamforce this year!
Also, make sure to let us know if you think there are any events worth mentioning and what events you are excited about this upcoming week. And, as always, we will see you in the cloud.
